Consultations are non-refundable once confirmed, as we begin preparing for your session immediately. You may reschedule at no extra cost up to 24 hours before the session. If we're unable to fulfil the session on our end, a full refund is issued.
Yes. You may reschedule once at no extra cost, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm a new slot that works for both sides.
Sessions are typically available within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. If you need an urgent session, message us on WhatsApp before booking and we'll check current availability.
Yes. Advisory sessions are fully available internationally via WhatsApp call or Google Meet. Our import advisory is particularly relevant for diaspora buyers sourcing vehicles for Nigeria.
